We are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in tech sales recruitment, helping fast-growing tech companies hire the best sales, account management, and leadership talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, engaging, and qualifying mid-to-senior sales talent in tech
- Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Conducting candidate interviews and shortlisting top talent
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS tools to build talent pipelines
- Advising clients on hiring strategies and market trends
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or sales hiring
- Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently
- Tech-savvy, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Results-driven with a track record of finding and placing top talent
