Founded by Jesse Westgate in 2017, Fortuna UK was started to address the growing dissatisfaction in the recruitment marketplace. With over 15 years of senior leadership experience hiring for leading technology companies, we have seen first hand the difficulties with hiring and retaining exceptional talent.

We do
Fortuna UK are recruitment specialists, supporting companies in the technology sector who want to make commercially focussed hires, predominately sales, account management, customer success and senior execs.
We extensively build our network by connecting with leading technology businesses and quality sales performers across the UK.
Ultimately, we seek out people who are smart, commercially savvy and not only able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit but bring with it professionalism and an aptitude to match.
All our clients are given a personal service and full support with the hiring process and we provide our candidates with a career coaching as well as ongoing post placement mentoring and support after placement.

We don’t just rely on our database to find your next hire; we work closely with our clients to understand the candidate profile that is required and then proactively search our networks to identify the best talent in the marketplace.
A full interview is carried out by us to understand the candidates’ suitability and career objectives and any additional requirements needed are also provided, such as; psychometric assessments competency and IQ tests.
