Cyber Sales Specialist

£40,000 Base & uncapped commission
Hybrid / London

We’re working with a fast-growing tech company that delivers secure, scalable cybersecurity solutions powered by Microsoft. With a reputation for moving fast, solving complex challenges, and putting people first, they’re scaling their commercial team – and looking for a confident sales specialist to join them.

This is a full-cycle new business role, focused on helping UK SMEs protect and scale with modern cyber solutions. If you’re motivated, curious, and looking to grow your career in a space that’s only becoming more important, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full 360 sales cycle – from prospecting to close

  • Build your own pipeline and lead high-impact discovery conversations

  • Sell Microsoft Security services including Defender, Intune, Entra, and Purview

  • Work closely with SDRs and marketing to develop qualified opportunities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Manage forecasting, CRM updates, and pipeline reporting

  • Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and market trends

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 360 sales role (IT reseller, MSP, or Microsoft partner background ideal)

  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to close new business

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Passion for cybersecurity and modern workplace technology

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment

  • Commercially driven with a proactive mindset
