They’re scaling fast and hiring a new Account Director to support the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a mix of new and existing accounts
- Lead on large client opportunities from pitch through to delivery
- Sell a broad portfolio including cloud migration, IT support, cyber, software and services
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and vendor partners to create value-led solutions
- Build long-term partnerships and drive consistent revenue growth
- Keep a healthy, predictable pipeline and report accurately
- Attend meetings, events and networking opportunities to develop new business
- Act as a strategic advisor – not a product pusher
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a VAR / IT reseller sales role
- Proven track record of hitting targets and winning new business
- Experience across multiple solution areas – cloud, cyber, infrastructure, services
- Strong commercial instincts and consultative sales approach
- Able to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Confident working cross-functionally and representing technical teams
What’s on Offer
- £40,000–£60,000 base salary
- £200k+ OTE (uncapped commission, 22–28% with accelerators)
