We’re working with a high-growth, award-winning technology provider that’s redefining the typical IT reseller model. With a strong presence in the UK and a global reach, this business delivers smart, strategic solutions across cloud, cyber, infrastructure, and managed services – all backed by a genuinely supportive culture.

They’re scaling fast and hiring a new Account Director to support the next phase of growth.

If you’re commercially sharp, confident managing enterprise accounts, and ready to take full ownership of the sales cycle – this role is worth a look.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and grow a mix of new and existing accounts
  • Lead on large client opportunities from pitch through to delivery
  • Sell a broad portfolio including cloud migration, IT support, cyber, software and services
  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and vendor partners to create value-led solutions
  • Build long-term partnerships and drive consistent revenue growth
  • Keep a healthy, predictable pipeline and report accurately
  • Attend meetings, events and networking opportunities to develop new business
  • Act as a strategic advisor – not a product pusher

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in a VAR / IT reseller sales role
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and winning new business
  • Experience across multiple solution areas – cloud, cyber, infrastructure, services
  • Strong commercial instincts and consultative sales approach
  • Able to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Confident working cross-functionally and representing technical teams

  • £40,000–£60,000 base salary
  • £200k+ OTE (uncapped commission, 22–28% with accelerators)
