Regional Sales Lead – South

Up to £50,000 base salary (with double OTE)
Remote | 4-day work week

Fortuna UK is working with a well-established technology solutions provider to recruit a Regional Sales Lead to cover London and the South. With over 35 years of experience, this company works closely with businesses across the UK, delivering tailored IT solutions, cutting-edge technology, and ongoing service support. Their success comes from strong vendor relationships, expert advice, and a genuine focus on providing personalised service that helps clients make their budgets work harder.

This is a remote field-based role, suited to a Business Development Manager or Account Manager with a strong track record in IT reseller sales. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients across London and the South.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across hardware, software, AV solutions, and managed services.
  • Promote and sell Tech-as-a-Service subscription options, helping clients spread costs and access the latest technology.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to deliver the best solutions for clients, including arranging product demos and technical briefings.
  • Negotiate deals to deliver value for both the company and the customer.
  • Stay up to date with the latest tech developments to offer informed advice and help clients gain competitive advantage.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT sales, ideally within a reseller or technology partner environment.
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, able to manage your own pipeline and drive results in a remote, field-based role.

What’s on Offer

  • £40,000 – £50,000 base salary, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of up to £100,000.
